There still seems to be some confusion as to how the 'paperless' version of the CGW Newsletter is going to be delivered. Hopefully the following will dispel any misunderstanding.

1. The 'paperless' version of the CGW Newsletter will only be available from the CFC website in either 'Hypertext Markup Language' (HTML) format, or 'Portable Document Format (PDF).

2. An email notification will be sent to everyone who has opted to go 'paperless' each time a new CGW Newsletter has been posted on the CFC website.

3. The only difference between the 'paper' and 'paperless' versions will be that all member personal information, such as changes to mailing addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, etc. will not be posted on the 'paperless' Internet version, which can be seen by non-members. This information will be disseminated as attachments with the email notifications.

4. The major reason there will never be an 'email' version of the CGW Newsletter is the size limitations of email messages imposed by many email service providers, as well as the fact that some of these providers do not process graphics, only text.
